Our Refund and Returns Policy allows for returns and refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since you made your purchase, we regret to inform you that we can no longer offer a full refund or exchange.

3. Partial refunds (If applicable)

We reserve the right to offer partial refunds in the following situations:
Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing components for reasons not caused by Gas Ban Mai
Books, CDs, DVDs, or other media that have been opened and show signs of use
Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date
Returns made without a valid receipt
All partial refunds are assessed case-by-case. Customers will be notified by email regarding the status and refund amount.
4. Refund approval process

Once your returned item is received at our facility, our team will:
Inspect the item thoroughly for eligibility
Notify you via email regarding the result of the inspection
If approved, process your refund through your original payment method within 5–10 business days
You will receive confirmation once the refund is successfully processed. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

If the gift was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver who later gave it to you, we will send the refund to the original purchaser, who will be notified about the return.

Gas cylinders cannot be returned after use or refilling
Gas regulators must be inspected and approved before being accepted for return
